Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your AceiiLab A1 AI Tennis Partner. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in like-new condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, parts, manuals, charging components, batteries, and any included items

  • Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper operation, unauthorized repair, or modification

Custom-made, personalized, or specially configured items are non-returnable.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, water exposure, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly, or use outside the recommended operating conditions are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Before your order has been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. If your cancellation request is received within 1–2 business days from the order date and before the order has been shipped, your order will be successfully canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return after delivery according to this Return & Refund Policy.

Return Process

1. Request a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at support@aceiilab.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an RMA, or a return label.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your delivery address

  • The reason for return

  • Photos or videos of the product condition, if requested

Returns without an approved RMA may not be accepted.

2. Pack the Product

Securely pack the AceiiLab A1 in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, manuals, batteries, charging components, and any included items.

The RMA number must be clearly included inside or on the return package.

3. Ship the Product

For returns within 30 days without quality issues, return shipping costs are shared between the customer and AceiiLab.

  • 50% of the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer

  • 50% of the return shipping cost will be covered by AceiiLab

The customer’s portion may be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns caused by verified product quality issues, AceiiLab will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.

Packaging Requirement

Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transport and to qualify for a refund.

We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure you will not be returning the product.

If the original packaging is no longer available, customers may need to purchase replacement packaging from us before returning the product. The cost may vary depending on the delivery region and package size.

Products returned without proper packaging may be refused or may be subject to a deduction if damage occurs during return shipping.

Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

The inspection may include checking:

  • Product appearance and overall condition

  • Accessories and included parts

  • Battery and charging components

  • Functionality

  • Signs of misuse, impact damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, or missing parts

If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be reduced or the return may be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

If the product is not returned in like-new condition, is missing parts, or requires additional cleaning, repair, or repackaging, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from the refund amount.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper operation, improper storage, or unauthorized repair

  • Products damaged due to water exposure, impact, or use outside recommended conditions

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially configured products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Used consumable items or accessories, if applicable

  • Free gifts or promotional items after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product or configuration, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order on aceiilab.com.

Free gifts or promotional items cannot be exchanged after delivery.

Quality Issues

If your AceiiLab A1 arrives damaged, defective, or with a verified quality issue, please contact us at support@aceiilab.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once the issue is verified, AceiiLab will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, return service, or a refund depending on the situation.
