At AceiiLab, we are committed to delivering your AceiiLab A1 safely and as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, tracking, and shipping-related issues are handled for orders placed on aceiilab.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions supported by our logistics partners.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product availability, warehouse coverage, local regulations, and carrier service areas. If your shipping address is not supported at checkout, please contact our Customer Support team at support@aceiilab.com for further assistance.

We may not be able to deliver to certain remote areas, military addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or regions restricted by carriers or local regulations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

For selected regions or promotional periods, AceiiLab may offer free standard shipping. Free shipping availability may depend on your delivery country, region, product, order value, or campaign terms.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, remote area surcharges, or local delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, product launches, pre-order campaigns, crowdfunding campaigns, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Shipping

AceiiLab A1 may be available for pre-order before official mass shipment.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date shown on the product page, campaign page, or order confirmation is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Shipping may be affected by production schedules, quality testing, logistics arrangements, customs clearance, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of important shipping updates.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping destination, warehouse location, carrier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Standard delivery usually takes several business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, customs inspection, incorrect address information, peak season congestion, or other circumstances beyond AceiiLab’s control.

AceiiLab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics providers and carriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

Depending on your destination and shipping method, your order may be shipped by carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, local courier partners, freight carriers, or other trusted logistics providers.

All shipments are trackable where carrier tracking is available.

Delivery Method

Depending on the product size, shipping destination, and carrier service, deliveries may be made to your doorstep, building entrance, curbside, parcel locker, local pickup point, or other carrier-designated delivery location.

For larger items such as AceiiLab A1, the carrier may deliver the package to the entrance of your address or another accessible delivery point. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package and move it indoors when necessary.

The carrier may require a signature upon delivery depending on the shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

AceiiLab is not responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, return shipping costs, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aceiilab.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

AceiiLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for charges imposed by customs or local authorities.

Shipping Issues

If your order is damaged, lost, delayed, or not delivered as expected, please contact us at support@aceiilab.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or delivery confirmation.

Please include your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue. For damaged packages, please provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, a replacement shipment, or other assistance depending on the situation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the product before use and contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the original packaging, shipping carton, labels, accessories, and all included items until the issue is resolved. These materials may be required for carrier claims or product inspection.

Failure to provide requested photos, videos, or packaging information may affect the resolution process.

Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, failure to pick up the package, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to AceiiLab or held by the carrier.

Additional shipping fees, return fees, storage fees, or reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

If you refuse delivery without prior approval from AceiiLab, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
