The AceiiLab A1 Protection Plan provides additional coverage for 1 year, up to 300,000 recorded ball launches, or up to 2,000 km of recorded machine movement, whichever comes first.

What’s covered:
• Eligible mechanical or electrical failures under normal use
• Motor, movement, launch, and control-related functional issues
• Covered repair parts and service evaluation
• Priority support for protection plan customers

What’s not covered:
• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair
• Damage caused by improper storage, water exposure, or non-approved accessories
• Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Consumable parts unless otherwise stated by AceiiLab

How it works:
If your AceiiLab A1 needs service, contact AceiiLab Support with your order number. We’ll verify your protection plan status, usage limits, and issue type, then guide you through the repair or replacement process.

Important:
This plan is tied to the original AceiiLab A1 order and cannot be transferred separately. Coverage ends once the 1-year term, 300,000 launches, or 2,000 km movement limit is reached, whichever comes first.
